Sometimes life calls for change –
even when everything looks fine
from the outside.

There are situations in which experience, reason and careful consideration are no longer enough. You carry responsibility, make decisions and are used to solving problems. And yet you sense that something is not quite right.

Perhaps what is missing is not another round of analysis, but a different perspective on what is actually shaping the situation.

Coaching can help you recognise the connections more clearly and develop your own next step from there.

Perhaps this feels familiar

You are facing an important decision and, despite thinking it through repeatedly, keep returning to the same point. A conflict or relationship is occupying more of your attention than you would like. A professional or personal change is ahead, but the right direction is not yet clear.

Or perhaps you already know rationally what you should do – and still find yourself unable to move forward.

Not every difficult situation needs an immediate new plan. Sometimes the first step is to look differently at what is already there.

Anja’s perspective

What may be happening beneath the surface

Many issues initially appear factual: a decision, a conflict, a change, or a difficult situation involving leadership and collaboration.

But people do not make decisions and act on facts alone. Experience, expectations, relationships and recurring patterns influence how we perceive situations and how we respond to them.

That is why, in coaching, we look at both: the concrete issue and the dynamics that may be operating beneath it.

I do not provide ready-made answers. My role is to make relevant connections visible and create greater clarity, so that you can make your own decisions consciously again.

experience & responsibility

Experience with responsibility

I am Anja Lenk.

For more than 30 years, I have worked in international companies and organisations, many of those years in leadership roles up to C-level. My career has taken me from operational responsibility and hotel management through international leadership assignments to broader management and HR responsibility.

So I know responsibility from practice, not theory. I know the pressure of having to make decisions, reconcile different interests, conduct difficult conversations and remain accountable for people and results at the same time.

Today, I combine this leadership experience with my coach training and a focus on the personal and interpersonal dynamics that influence the way we act.

the process

How the coaching process works

How the coaching process works
01

Initial conversation

We get to know each other, discuss your situation and determine whether coaching is appropriate and whether working together feels right for both sides.

02

Process conversation & session

We clarify your issue more precisely in a process conversation. On that basis, I prepare the personal coaching session specifically around your situation. The main session generally takes place in person.

03

Follow-up

Afterwards, I review the process professionally; a few days later, we speak again by telephone about what has become clearer and which next steps may follow from it.

fit & boundaries

Is coaching right for your situation?

Coaching requires a willingness to look openly at your situation and remain responsible for your own decisions.

That also means looking not only at the behaviour of others, but at your own perceptions, reactions and recurring patterns.

Coaching is not psychotherapy. My coaching is intended for people with professional, entrepreneurial or personal concerns. If it becomes clear that another form of professional support would be more appropriate, I will address this openly.

for companies

Coaching for companies

Companies engage me to work individually with executives and others in positions of responsibility.

From my own many years of leadership practice, I know the reality of organisational change, difficult decisions, conflict and leadership transitions. At the same time, coaching remains a confidential space even when it is commissioned by a company.

The assignment, roles and boundaries of confidentiality are therefore agreed clearly before the work begins.

“Clarity cannot be forced. But it is possible to create the conditions in which it can emerge.”

If you would like to find out whether my coaching is right for your situation, we can start with a personal, informal conversation.

The initial conversation is intended for us to get to know each other and make an initial assessment of your situation. It is not a coaching session.
